There are many tips and tricks that you can use but understanding where you want to be within the market and having clear objectives can equipt you with the essential marketing tools that can generate new prospects and business.

Other ways that you could attract new prospects is to develop your company’s online presence, and i don’t just mean a website! consider social media and the instant communication that you’d have with your potential audience. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are fast growing applications which are, in todays day and age, becoming vital elements in any business. You really don’t want to fall behind because it is much harder to catch up. If your business isn’t active on social networking sites now is the time to start.

Adding on to this, online video is quickly becoming a means for people to satisfy their information and entertainment needs. The Guardian Newspaper commented that video is the future of content marketing, at least one in three individuals will view at least one online video a week. Video is naturally engaging and considering we live in an age of information overload it is vital for small businesses to offer content that is easy for their audiences to digest.

If a picture paints 1,000 words then a one minute video is worth 1.8 million.

However, you must always consider your audience and ensure that the video is relevant to them. If its not the most effective way to get your message across then you may be wasting your time.

But don’t forget about social media! it’s even better to promote across multiple channels. You’d be making it a lot easier for users to find it and share it!

The main point is,remember, to be creative and have fun with it! Not only with the videos you’re making but the whole campaign strategy that you are using! Get this bit right and you have just created a future in your businesses content marketing..
